About C.L. (Lee) Baker

Background

Established in 2019.

The C.L. Baker Award Committee reviews nominations for the C.L. Baker Award.  This award is given at the annual meetings occurring in even-numbered years. The C.L. When nominations are presented for this award, the Committee evaluates them, and makes a recommendation to the Executive Committee, which must formally approve the recommendation.

Responsibilities

The Award Committee assesses the nominations and submits a report and a recommendation to the Executive Committee, whose responsibility it is to make the final award decision.

Membership

Three individuals with expertise in syntactic theory.
