Charge

The Committee on Committee and Delegate Appointments (CoCDA) oversees nominations and appointments of chairs of LSA open committees, all members of appointed committees, and LSA delegates.

Membership

CoCDA is composed of four members of the Society: 
  1. The Secretary-Treasurer, who will serve as the Chair
  2. The President
  3. Two members of the Executive Committee in the second year of service
