The LSA is the largest national organization in the world devoted to advancing the scientific study of language, and is the publisher of the prestigious quarterly journal, Language, as well as two diamond open access journals, Semantics and Pragmatics and Phonological Data Analysis. LSA members include scholars working in colleges and universities as well as those employed in non-academic sectors. The LSA Annual Meeting provides a forum for those seeking to reach professional linguists in academia and industry, linguistics students, and others with an interest in the field of linguistics. The Annual Meeting in 2024 brought togther more than 1000 attendees. We expect similar numbers in 2025.
