A Full-Time Tenure-track Assistant Professor position in phonology and phonetics
The Department of Linguistics at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign invites applications for a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor position in phonology and phonetics, with expertise in areas such as, but not limited to, bilingual phonology, second language acquisition of phonology and phonetics, sociophonetics, and computational phonology, alongside a commitment to teaching theoretical phonology. Position Overview:
Successful candidates are expected to teach effectively at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, establish and maintain an active and independent research program in Phonology/Phonetics, and provide service to the department, the university and the profession.
