Best of Language

In this special issue of Language, the LSA has collected a select set of papers that have been deemed to represent the best articles published in Language throughout its history.  The selections were based on readership and citation data, polling of the LSA membership, and  the judgment of an ad-hoc committee of current and former Editors of Language. Please see below for the articles and more details.
