PDF Creation: Suggested Resources
FOR PC USERS: CutePDF (freeware)
- An easy-to use freeware program.
- Supported for Microsoft Windows 98/ME/2000/XP/2003.
- Download at: http://www.cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp
- Download the files circled in the image below; save to your desktop. Double-click each file and follow the installation instructions.
- Create a PDF by selecting File'Print, choosing 'CutePDF' from the list of printers and clicking 'Print'. You will see a dialog box asking you to assign a file name and location, just as if you were saving a regular file.
PDF 995 (freeware)
- A freeware program which displays ads during PDF file creation.
- Supported for Windows 95, 98, 2000 and ME, NT 4.0 and XP, Windows 2003, Windows Vista (32 and 64 bit); Citrix/Terminal Server and configuration as a shared network printer.

- Save file to your desktop. Double-click and follow installation instructions.
- Create a PDF by selecting File'Print, choosing 'AdobePDF' from the list of printers and clicking 'Print'. You will see a dialog box asking you to assign a file name and location, just as if you were saving a regular file.
MAC USERS:
- Create a PDF using any Microsoft Office (e.g., Word) program by choosing File'Print'Save As PDF.
- Select a destination (e.g., desktop) and save. A PDF file will be created.
BOTH PC AND MAC USERS: PDF Online (free service)
